If you are not sure how to make a gluten free, soy free, vegan meal for Thanksgiving, I can help!This year we are going a bit simple as it will just be three of us. Here is our tentative menu:
Stuffed squash (maybe like last year’s, maybe not, we haven’t decided!)
Lemony Roasted Potatoes (from Veganomicon)
Roasted Brussels sprouts and chestnuts with some sort of sweet glaze (maybe maple?)
Pumpkin cookies (made with gf flour, of course!)
Last year Agnes and I had a huge feast with friends.
